No Fix No Fee Guarantee

Our No Fix No Fee guarantee means you won't be charged if we cannot fix your device. This applies to all standard repairs but excludes:

  • Parts already ordered or installed
  • Data recovery attempts
  • Diagnostic fees for specialized services

Warranty

All our repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering:

  • Parts and labor
  • Software configurations
  • Hardware installations

Data Protection

While we take utmost care with your data, we recommend:

  • Backing up your data before repairs
  • Removing sensitive information
  • Providing necessary passwords

Service Timeframes

While we strive for same-day service, repair times may vary based on:
